Across the state of Pennsylvania, gas prices have fallen over the last month and are down almost five cents to $3.81 a gallon. For diesel customers, prices have risen slightly, up 11 cents from a month ago. For all customers, however, gas prices have fallen from last year. These trends are in line with national ones, gas prices are down 14 cents a gallon from last month.
In the Pittsburgh area, gas prices are up slightly from a month ago. Prices are $3.87 a gallon, up four cents from this time last month. Prices, however, are a dramatic decrease from the highs of more than $5 a gallon that were seen last June.
